For the past 5 years he has actively funded and supported emerging developers. With 25+ years in design and engineering, Steve delivers practical, cost-effective solutions to every stage of our property development process.

With over 30 years of global commodities expertise, Paul brings a proven track record in trading and structured finance. He has built and led high-performing teams across London, New York, Singapore, and Shanghai, managing large-scale material pipelines and long-term supply contracts with major producers.
